Where we deliver

RepaRose delivers to every governorate in Egypt, from Alexandria and Cairo to Upper Egypt, the Delta, Sinai and the Red Sea coast. If a courier can reach your address, we can deliver to you.

Delivery fee and timing

Delivery is charged per order and shown at checkout, whatever the size of your order or your location. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days after we confirm them by phone or message. Business days are Saturday to Thursday; orders placed on Friday or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Cash on delivery

We accept cash on delivery only. When the courier arrives, please check that the parcel is sealed and pay the total shown on your order confirmation, which includes delivery. Having the exact amount ready helps the courier and speeds up your delivery.

Failed delivery attempts

The courier will call you before arriving. If you cannot be reached, a second attempt is made on the following business day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order is returned to us and cancelled. You are welcome to place a new order at any time, and we recommend adding a note with the best time to reach you.
