Use of this website

Welcome to RepaRose. By browsing or ordering from this website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree with them, kindly refrain from using the site.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone or message and dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the delivery details cannot be verified or if we suspect misuse of the cash-on-delivery service.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Payment is by cash on delivery only, paid to the courier when your order arrives. Delivery is charged per order and shown at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery and returns

We deliver across Egypt within 2 to 5 business days of confirmation, as described in our Shipping and Delivery page. Returns are accepted for unopened products within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Refunds and Returns page.

Product information

RepaRose products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. We take care to describe products accurately, but natural colours and scents may vary slightly between batches. Always read the label, perform a patch test on a small area before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the RepaRose name, logo, photographs and text, belongs to RepaRose and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
